We’ve supported the marketing team of Lane Crawford  by providing conceptual direction for their new in-store campaign themed ‘beauty style‘.

Design highlight

We’ve conceive a personalized concierge service for their customers in-store. Providing people with a personal experience and ultimate service on their lips and skins. We’ve dotted iPads and print information on the shop floor that equipped customers with the newest make-up trends and shopping highlights while waiting for their treatment at the beauty bar.

CLIENT

Lane Crawford is a retail company with specialty stores selling luxury goods in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Founded in Hong Kong in 1850, Lane Crawford has more than 54,348 square meters of total retail space, including several physical locations throughout China, as well as an online store.
